En effet, pour qu\u2019une activit\u00e9 physique sportive soit confortable, performante et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l\u2019organisme, les muscles doivent recevoir un sang le plus riche possible en oxyg\u00e8ne. Le tabagisme perturbe profond\u00e9ment cet apport en oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux.
